SURPLUS ITEMS FOR SALE

1. All Equipment will be sold on a "where is, as is basis".
2. All bid deadlines are 3:00 pm of the day indicated. Late bids will not be considered.
3. Appropriate Bid Sheet must be completed and turned in by the bid deadline to:

   Business Office Cashier's Window
   College Center Room 209
   2310 Centennial Rd.
   Salina, KS 67401
4. Successful bidders will be contacted no later than three business days after bid closing.
5. All items must be picked up within 10 business days of bid closing unless other arrangements have been approved by the University.
6. Payment may be made with cash or check for bid items under $1,000.00. Items $1,000.00 and over must be paid for with cash, a Certified Check or a Wire Transfer to the University.
7. Sales tax will be added to all sales unless an appropriate Sales Tax Exemption certificate is provided.
8. The University reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason.
