The Dean serves as the chief advocate for the College, working with individuals and groups to facilitate the achievement of the College’s mission and its goals. The Dean works interdependently with constituent group leaders, alumni, students, friends of the College and faculty, staff, central administrators, deans and directors on both the Salina and Manhattan Campuses in an effort to meet the various needs of the college.
