Our MISSION is to encourage women to seek opportunities in aviation and aerospace, to provide comprehensive resources and benefits to assist women in aviation, to provide industry access to highly qualified employment resources, to foster aviation and aerospace education, and to provide public understanding of accomplishments and contribution of women in aviation.
