ENROLLING IN A CONCURRENT CREDIT COURSE

  1. Complete admission form.

  2. Wait for the admissions department to email the student their Wildcat ID (WID) number. This is emailed to the address supplied on the admissions form within 24-48 hours. If you don’t receive an email within 48 hours, contact 785-826-2634. Please note: The WID is considered FERPA protected information and can only be released to the student.

  3. After receiving the WID, register for an electronic identifier (eID). Follow website instructions. Enter WID number where needed, not your Social Security Number. For questions or problems contact Kathy Connelly at 785-826-2661.

  4. To self-enroll use iSIS You will need to enter your eID and password you created in step 3. (If you are enrolling after August 30 or if the class you are enrolling has pre-requisites, you cannot self-enroll using iSIS. You will need to complete a class permission form from your instructor or guidance counselor to enroll.)

  5. Once logged onto iSIS, click “Student Services Center” link.

  6. Once in the “Student Center,” click “Add a Class.”

  7. Select the correct term for which you are enrolling and then click “Continue.”

  8. Enter the class number and click “Enter”

  9. Confirm class number by clicking “Next.” A green check mark will signify enrollment.

  10. Click “Proceed to Step 2 of 3.”

  11. Click “Finish enrolling.” If an error message appears, please call 785-826-2634.
