E-Mail

E-Mail services are provided by both the Salina campus (for Salina faculty/staff) and the Manhattan campus (for students AND faculty/staff). Manhattan campus e-mail services require a K-State eID and password. The Salina campus is migrating to Zimbra e-mail. New Faculty/Staff should use Zimbra for e-mail (see links below). Any existing Faculty/Staff who have not yet migrated over can contact Information Systems.

What if I forget my e-mail password?

If you are a returning student and have never used your eID, or have forgotten your password, you must activate your account or reset your password. If you are still having difficulty, come to the Salina Information Systems Office (Tech Center West - TC186). Don't forget to bring your student ID.

eID

Your eID (short for "electronic ID") serves as your primary "electronic identity" at K-State. It gives you access to many K-State resources (e-mail, a personal webpage, access to the Digital Library, free antivirus software, and more). Students can use their eID to access their student information in KATS and to vote online. K-State employees can use it to access their personnel information.
