Rascally Robots

Some robots dance. Some robots fight. We have both kinds.

Rocket Science

Whether they are custom-made or put together from a kit, rockets are awesome. Build your own out of a plastic bottle and see how far it can go!

Whiz-bang!

Chemistry students make strange noises and awesome sights (with the help of some chemical reactions in test tubes)!

Fold Your Wings

Discover the forces of flight as you build a paper airplane perform flight testing.

Whatever Floats Your Boat

Build your boat, then load it with candy to see how much it can hold and still float. The candy is yours to keep!

Student Project Fair

Check out class projects in robotics, automation, and electronics. There’s even an art exhibit!

Ask an Agent

Extension Agents will be on hand to provide resources and answer questions about your lawn, crops, livestock, health, home, or family.

Campus and Residence Hall Tours

Take an official campus tour, and check out everything from classrooms and labs to student hangouts. Meet current students, and stop by the residence halls to find out what student living is all about.

We All Scream for Ice Cream

Enjoy a scoop of K-State’s famous purple pride ice cream!

Some events will happen only at certain times during the day

7 to 10 a.m.

Wildcat breakfast fly-in. Eat some pancakes with K-State pilots and mechanics of the past, present, and future. Aviation ramp and maintenance teaching hangar.

9:30, 10:30, 11:30 a.m.; 12:30 p.m.
