2008-2009 Room and Board Rates:

A meal plan is required for each student living in the residence halls. Prices are subject to change pending Board of Regents approval.

Double Occupancy Room
Per Academic Year
(two students to a room)
• 19 meals per week: $5,700.00
• 14 meals per week: $5,328.00

Single Occupancy Room
Per Academic Year
• 19 meals per week: $8,910.00
• 14 meals per week: $8,538.00

Meal Plan for Off-Campus Sudents
Per Academic Year
• 5 meals per week: $792.00

Other Housing Fees:
Non-refundable Application Fee* - $30.00
Installment Fee - $40.00
Late Payment Fee - $10.00
Cancellation Fee** - $200.00

Misuse fees are assessed according to the schedule of charges located at the main desk in the Residence Hall.
*A sum not to exceed $25.00 may be deducted as a recreational and social fee.
"Cancellation Fee plus 40% of remaining contract (exceptions listed in residence hall contract).
