Welcome Back

K-State at Salina Students:

Get in shape or stay fit this new year with kickboxing, pilates, hip hop hustle, casual cardio, and steps class at the Student Life Center. Classes are offered this spring and are FREE to all students, faculty, staff, and other members of the SLC. Below is a schedule of when spring fitness classes will begin.

Mondays:
Aerobic Steps: 12:30 to 1:20 p.m.

Wednesdays:
Aerobic Pilates: 12:30 to 1:20 p.m.
Kickboxing: 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.

Thursdays:
Hip Hop Dance Exercise Class: 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.

Fridays:
Casual Cardio Fitness: 12:30 to 1:20 p.m.

Another way to get involved on campus this spring is to sign up for intramurals. The proposed intramurals and their entry form due dates are listed below.
