TRiO Student Support Services
Student Support Services has been in existence for the last 7 years (fall of 2001). As a part of the TRiO Programs, we are part of numerous programs designed to assist students.
We are the sister program to Educational Support Services on the Manhattan campus. During our time on the K-State at Salina campus, we have undergone many changes to our program but our goal remains the same, serving you....the student and providing students with the neces sary support to be successful. When this program started back in 2001, we served 100 students. Now, seven years later we are serving 160 students which is equal to about 20 percent of the student body at K-State at Salina. Our services have evolved over the years as technology has increased.
Thus, we are always looking at how we can utilize current technology to best aid and support our students. Our program strives on the support of the rest of the college as we have established great relationships with staff/faculty who in turn help us help you. Good luck and hope to see you.
