TUTORING Peer Tutoring Peer tutoring provides assistance to students outside the classroom for courses where students typically experience difficulty. Our peer tutors have successfully mastered the course material and come highly recommended by faculty. Peer tutoring is free to all currently enrolled K-State students and is available for several undergraduate courses. Currently, we have tutors for math, science and computer courses.Tutoring for English is available in the Writing Center. If you require assistance in a subject that is not listed, please let us know. To take advantage of this free service, simply fill out a tutor request application in the Academic Advising Center or use our online request form. You will be given the name of a tutor and will contact him or her to set up a time to meet. Drop-In Tutoring The AAC has also set up times during the week during which a tutor is available for a certain subject. Students are encouraged to drop by with questions regarding homework or tests.
