• Possess academic potential
• Currently enrolled in 9th, 10th or 11th grade
• Interested in attending college after high school
• Willing to participate in all aspects of the program
• Potential first generation college student and/or low income
• Attend a target school:
  • Canton Galva High School
  • Clay Center High School
  • Ell-Salina High School
  • Hanover and Linn High Schools
  • Newton High School
  • Lincoln Junior and Senior High School
